The camp of Manny Pacquiao was quite ecstatic to arrange the possible fifth clash against Juan Manuel Marquez in the Philippines. Pacquiao himself has aired his desires from the Government of the Philippines to fund that event if the same will materialize. 

On the other hand, there were reports that Marquez said that he will never Fight Pacquiao anymore even if he is offered US100 million. Why is that so? Is he afraid that Pacquiao could give him a night more than what happened to Pacman on their 4th clash? Marquez is the only boxer in history who has declined to fight a legitimate challenger in his generation. History books will never mark Marquez as a true warrior if he will decline Pacquiao's offer of a rematch!
