Smart Airship To Bring Fans Elevated Social Engagement

With much excitement at sporting events already, Brizi plans on giving fans a more memorable experience at this year’s Rogers Cup, the Women’s Tennis Association Premier 5 Event in Toronto, with an interactive flying camera. Fans can expect aerial views of the Aviva Centre grounds with the ability to control the fan cam.

Brizi was designed for spectators capturing unforgettable moments in the sports world. It works by using smart cameras attached to interactive airships, providing HD live feeds. Fans are able to access Brizi with any smartphone via a custom URL. During the Rogers Cup, fans can download the Rogers Cup app and go under the Rogers GamePlus platform to preview the aerial camera.

To make it more interactive, fans can take photos and instantly share the photos to social media. This makes Brizi’s new focus on attracting the next generation of sports fans more accessible. “We’re thrilled to add a new dimension to the fan experience at Rogers Cup, and excited to work with partners who are embracing new innovations to deliver that wow factor in-game; they are embracing how digital and social media have completely reshaped the brand-consumer relationship,” Anna Hu, the Canadian entrepreneur behind Brizi said. With this tech Brizi is also looking to provide innovative new sponsorship opportunities.

As the Rogers Cup gets underway, fans are sure getting their thumbs ready to snap and share the perfect selfie from the overhead fan cam.
