Pep Guardiola apologizes to Manchester United but not to Mourinho

During his press conference for the away game at Swansea, Pep Guardiola says he is sorry if City's celebrations at Old Trafford last weekend were offensive, but he is not sorry if only Jose Mourinho took offence.

Manchester United manager had milk thrown at him for challenging the City players for their noisy celebrations.

"If we offended United - not just one player, not Jose - Manchester United, then I apologise," said the former Barcelona manager.

"We have to enjoy those moments. If the people cannot understand that then I'm sorry. We won a derby," he said of a Premier League-record 14th win in a row.

"If we were not correct then I apologise to all of Manchester United. Our intentions was not that. It was to celebrate inside the locker room."

The Football Association are currently investigating what happened, they have sent a request for observation of the incident to both clubs, the FA expect a reply to this request before Wednesday.
