Dani Carvajal has confessed that he thinks Alvaro Morata will return to Real Madrid soon, having left for Chelsea in the summer.
After departing Real Madrid once again last summer, Alvaro Morata has been linked with a return to Spain yet again. It was a club record £60m move that took him to Chelsea and he hit top form in his first six games. However, his form of late has been poor and Carvajal believes that the former Madrid youth product will return.
Morata has left Madrid before, to Juventus on loan and a full transfer to Turin. His form for the Serie A giants forced Florentino Perez to buy him back and after just one season, he was on the move again. Morata has spoken plenty of times about a Real Madrid return since joining Chelsea and that has not helped his cause while gaining favor with the Blues faithful.

Carvajal backs Morata’s return to Madrid
The Real Madrid defender recently aired his views on a podcast with El Transistor, where he revealed his feelings about a return for Morata.
When asked if he sees Morata returning to the club, Carvajal said,”Yes, he’s a good friend and a very good player.”
Morata’s poor form in front of goal has had consequences. There has been a lack of trust between him and Antonio Conte. The Italian boss is not on good terms with the Chelsea board the entire situation at Stamford Bridge is not ideal.
Such a condition in his career at this point could force the Spanish striker to reconsider his departure from Real Madrid and return to the Bernabeu.
