Shocking: This Star Player Has Finally Accepted That He Wants To Come To Barcelona

Justin Kluivert has admitted he hopes to play for one of the Premier League’s top teams, while Barcelona and Real Madrid are also on appeal to the Ajax prodigy.

Ajax starlet Justin Kluivert has been talking upon moving up to better things within the next couple of years and has also name-dropped a number of European Giants as his potential destination. The Dutchman has been on the radars of European Giants since last year and now it is reported that Los Blancos and Catalans have entered the battle to sign the prodigy.

Kluivert, who is just 18 currently, has been a very crucial player for Ajax this season as he has appeared 16 times in the Eredivisie this season, scoring six goals and four assists.

Kluivert Has Been In A Phenomenal Form This Season.

The Dutchman possesses incredible maturity, far beyond his age, Kluivert has sent a gesticulating message across entire Europe with his performances. Kluivert has been making waves over in the Eredivisie, earmarking himself as one of the division’s top young talents.

The Dutchman has just settled into Ajax’s first team and has already started planning ahead for the future. The 18-year-old is already looking forward to playing for numerous European giants. In an interview with Helden, Justin Kluivert said: “If you get a nice offer, you never know. England appeals to me: Arsenal, Tottenham, Chelsea or Manchester United are nice clubs where I can see myself playing in a few years.”

‘Everywhere I go abroad they know my father, he often asks: “Come to Barcelona, I’ll give a tour of Camp Nou. I really wanted to go to Barcelona instead of Real Madrid. Barcelona is in my heart, but who am I to say no to Real Madrid?’

Justin Kluivert is the son of former Barcelona star Patrick Kluivert, who spent six seasons at Barcelona before leaving for Newcastle in 2004. Patrick went on to score 122 goals in all the competitions for the Catalan Giants and also fired them to La Liga title in his first season at the Camp Nou.

Of late, Kluivert has had the strongest links to Manchester United. But Kluivert has poured water on his potential move to Old Trafford over concerns of having a lack of first times opportunities.

Kluivert added: “The chances of me leaving are slim. I haven’t spoken to Jose Mourinho myself. I know as much as you do. Rumours are always there, but Manchester United has never come up…and I don’t think it’s a logical step. A few more years at Ajax? Who knows, we’ll see.”

However, Kluivert scored in Ajax’s opener after just three minutes as they beat FC Twente 2-1 on Sunday at the Johan Cruyff Arena.

Author’s Take-

Physically and technically, signs are really good for the Ajax prodigy. His maturity is beyond his age which is really a good sign. And with a number of clubs dying to get his signatures it clearly gives an indication of his potential. His progress has been phenomenal.
