Former Gunner Tomas Rosicky has retired from professional football

Many people are saddened to here Arsenal legend Tomas Rosicky has left the beautiful game. The ‘Little Mozart’ as many fans call him spent an astonishing 10 years at Arsenal and made a huge impact on many occasions. His most remembered goal is the absolute belter he scored at White Hart Line inside 2 minutes and ended up winning the game for the Gunners. Rosicky won 2 major trophies at his time with Arsenal and they were both the FA Cup. A variety of top class players such as Marco Reus, Cesc Fabregas and even Lionel Messi have said he is a real gem and deserves much more credit than he gets. What a career he had.

Arsenal defeat West Ham to go through to the Semi-finals of the Carabao Cup

It wasn’t pretty at all but Arsene Wenger and his men are delighted they have reached the Semi-finals. The Gunners one every game they have played so far in the competition by 1 goal beating Doncaster Rovers 1-0, Norwich City 2-1 and West Ham United 1-0. One of the main positives of the tournament are that many youngsters have been given opportunities to prove themselves at the top level such as, Joe Willock, Reiss Nelson, Eddie Nketiah and many more. There has been some incredible moments so far in Arsenal’s Carabao Cup campaign and one of the main ones was when Eddie Nketiah lit the Emirates up when he came on and scored within 16 seconds into his Arsenal debut. The goal brought the game to extra time where he scored again to secure a Quarter-final spot.

The Emirates Stadium has had some unwanted visitors!

Members of staff who work for Arsenal have been forced to take action after staff claim they have spotted about a dozen rats crawling around the Diamond Club Kitchen and 7 at the Woolwich Bar. The same situation happened last year in October where staff were given torches to search for the rats and they were found in similar places. One of the main reasons for the infestation was ‘a lack of cleaning’ according to the workers who came in to remove the rats. No one has been harmed and staff say they have the case “all under control.”

Should Mathieu Debuchy be given a run in the side?

It has taken a while for Mathieu Debuchy to really make an impact for Arsenal after suffering many injuries, but the right-back is really beginning to impress fans and even Wenger. With Hector Bellerin not performing up to the standards he should do, Debuchy is quietly knocking on the door to replace him. The Frenchman is taking any opportunity he gets to potentially become Arsenal’s first choice centre-back after performing brilliantly in games against West Ham in the cup, BATE Borisov in the Europa League and more.
