Exercises for perception of the Aura



1. Concentration exercise

Put this picture about 1.5 meters in front of your eyes. Look at the black dot for 30 seconds or longer and in the meantime watch the coloured circles with your Peripheral Vision.

Don’t look elsewhere, look at the black dot only.








Notice that these circles are surrounded with a different colour. When we use our peripheral vision for longer, our colour perception will be different than with our normal central sight. 
The longer you concentrate the better you will see the Aura around the circles because our perception gets better by it.
The key is focusing on a single dot. Similarly as the real aura, this practice shows the basics how we can sense other people’s aura by using our peripheral vision.



2. Concentration exercise

This exercise will improve communication between the right and left hemispheres of the brain, increases the processing efficiency of the brain that is essential to the visual aura. 
Put the picture below to approx. 1 meter in front of you. 
Stretch your hand forward so that the tip of the index finger is positioned between the circles. Focusing your gaze toward the tip of your finger and look through the circles. 
Do not look directly in the tip of the finger, but just look towards (look through it). Then you will see four circles. Then target the middle two circles and try to merge to see one circle in the middle instead of two with a white Cross in the middle circle. If you see the sign of the cross, this means that the right (is connected to the left eye), and the left hemisphere (connected to the right eye) communicate with each other.







This exercise is very effective. Just 5 minutes to double your bio-energy. Sometimes the cross disappears at first but you can experiment with the distance from your finger to your eyes helps to perfect it.

Only 3-5 minutes concentration can trigger a lot of positive effects, especially if we can see a perfect, non flickering cross.
Start with 1-2 minutes we can increase the length of practice up to 45 minutes. 45 minutes continuous concentration can improve highly the mental and auric abilities.
With practise you can see the cross without your finger.
While watching the middle cross, contemplate the other two circles and your surroundings with your peripheral vision.
You will see auric colours using peripheral vision around the outer circles.
When you can analyze your surroundings while watching the cross, you are ready to see and interpret the aura.


Higher level of concentration


If one of the diameter of the cross is always in front of the other, it means that one hemisphere is dominant over the other. 
Men usually see the horizontal diagonal (left hemisphere dominates), women see the vertical diagonal (the right hemisphere dominates). 
Try the "hidden" diagonal bring forward as much as possible. The ultimate aim of the exercise, the concentration is to be able to see a perfect cross, that is, all four side at the same with about the same strength, so that the two hemispheres to be in perfect balance with each other. 
Many people have seen amazing things at this point. First, the ability to focus on significantly increased. 
Secondly, a few minutes later you feel that you lose your vision (blurred environment), and the light background will change to a dark red or pink. 
Your perception and your consciousness will also expand..
