Company launches new backup software solutions for small businesses and enterprises

Protection provider Symantec has announced fresh set of solutions to address Backup tasks for both SMBs and corporates. The organization says the new release enables 100 times faster backup, as well as simple administration and recovery, in case of disaster.

The innovated product is the summary of research organized by Symantec to 1400 system administrators in the US, which revealed that 49 percent of them cannot match Service Level Agreements (SLA) because of too much data.

In accordance with the research, the results reveal that the traditional approach to backup is disturbed and a fresh model needs to be realized. An entire of 72 percent of IT professionals said they would change server backup products if speed doubled. The survey also discovered that organisations have in general of four varied Backup Solutions to save physical devices, and three solutions to protect virtual systems.
