It has been a while since I have had a new drink from Xyience. When one of the reps from the company contacted me about trying the new Xenergy + Lemonade line, I was more than happy to check them out. I have reviewed multiple Xyience drinks, and so far I have been impressed by every one of them. Let's see if Xyience can continue to impress with this new line of drinks.
The Look: The look of the can follows the traditional look of the Xyience energy drinks. This one is done with a silver can and uses a gold/yellow color to represent the pineapple flavor. The can does everything right in my opinion: has the caffeine content listed, uses a good color scheme to represent flavor, and remains uncluttered (for the most part). I personally like the black Xyience cans slightly more but the silver cans work quite well.

Taste: All of the other Xyience drinks I have tried have been carbonated but that is not the case with the new Xenergy + Lemonade lineup.
The flavor starts off with a hint of pineapple which is quickly followed by a very nice lemonade. The two flavors work very well together and creates a very refreshing drink. Xyience did a great job of not allowing to lemonade to overpower the pineapple.

Does It Work: After drinking down the can, I got a very nice boost from the 155 mg of caffeine. Along with the decent caffeine amount there is also: 0 calories, 0 grams of sugar, 200% Niacin, 500% Vitamin B6, 160% Vitamin B12 and 1000% Pantothenic Acid. I was able to get a solid 3+ hours of energy from the drink with no crash afterwards. Also thanks to having no carbonation and great flavoring, I was able to drink this down very quickly which hit me harder than expected.

Overall Thoughts: I think one of the reasons I get so excited when Xyience comes out with new drinks is because they never disappoint. This pineapple variety of their new drink delivers strong in the taste and the kick categories. If you have never tried any of the Xyience drinks, then you need to do yourself a favor and check them out, you will be in a for a nice treat.
