We promote a “no dogma” viewpoint.
Dogmatic views are simplifications that make everything black and white. This makes it easy to execute without having to understand the complex details, which is particularly useful for novices, or in circumstances where the finer details are not of interest.
To us, everything exists in shades of Gray. When feasible, understanding the risks associated with living in the gray zone is what we as intelligent, thinking people do.
You will probably never hear us say, “that’s wrong” in absolute terms. If you think there is only one “right” way to do something, you probably don’t know enough about the subject at hand to add significant value to the conversation.
