In this Article we have laid emphasis our attention on the impact of Information Technology in the field of medicine .It is known as BIO-INFORMATICS , a computational biology in which biology information technology and mathematics combined to form a single discipline.Bio-informatics which results to the formation of genomic revolution by the creation and proper maintenance of database to store biological information such as nucleotide and amino acid sequences. This article aims at providing effective solutions for the data Mining problems which are faced in the field of bio-informatics. It provides very strong Algorithm for data mining FUZZY ARTMAP ALGORITHM which gived satisfactory data handling technique. This algorithm has a good mathematical background and quantitative analysis . Bio-informatics is the application of information technology to the management and use of bio logical data. It is interdisciplinary area of Science where mathematics , statistics and computer science are applied together to produde data by experimental work in bio chemistry,cell,biology and genetics. The need for combining biological sciences with the world of IT and computer science has happened due to the huge amount of information being produced from the study of genetic material .
