The PVR Iptv Simple Client add-on enables the users of Kodi to watch live TV by uploading a M3U playlist to your Kodi device. M3U is a file format for defining multimedia playlists by storing the locations of various media files. Using this add-on you can watch IPTV from all around the world, listen to internet radio and also have EPG (Electronic Programme Guides).
- Launch Kodi
- Click Add-ons
- Click My add-ons
- Click PVR clients
- Click PVR IPTV Simple Client
- Click Enable to enable the add-on (if the add-on is not enabled already)
- Go back to the Kodi home page
- Click the Settings icon
- Click PVR & Live TV settings
- Hover over General
- Click Clear data and click Yes (to see this option make sure your level is Advanced or Expert)
- Go back to the PVR IPTV Simple Client
- Click Configure
- Click M3U Play List URL
- Enter the URL of the M3U playlist you what to upload and click OK
- Click OK in the PVR IPTV Simple Client settings menu
- Restart Kodi
- Click TV
