Grec Festival Barcelona 2017

The Grec Festival is the city’s most important event featuring dance, theatre, music, circus, and other performing arts. This year is the 41st edition of the festival! During the years Grec Festival Barcelona has become main annual date and cultural attraction in Barcelona, as well as in the European festival calendar. The festival is going on at various venues during July.

The aim of the festival is to support local production and produce excellent works by Catalan artists, as well as to provide a possibility to see some of the most interesting from around the world.

Festa Major del Poble Sec

From Friday 14th to Sunday 23rd of July is held the Festa Major of Poble Sec neighborhood. At this annual summer street festival you can see many Catalan traditions, such as correfoc fireruns, Catalan human castles, traditional dances, music, parades, and so on.

Sala Montjuic 2017 Barcelona

Al Fresco cinema arrives once again to Barcelona this summer! At Sala Montjüic at Montjüic castle you can enjoy evenings at an outdoor cinema, on the courtyard of the castle. The program consists of a selection of timeless movies and wam-up concerts, picnics and short films. The movies are in original languages with Spanish subtitles.

The festival starts on Friday 30th June and screens movies on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays until 4th of August. Tickets are 6,50 € per screening.

Barcelona Beach Festival

The third edition of Barcelona Beach Festival is organized on Saturday 15th of July. The line-up consists of top DJ’s such as Armin van Buuren, Axwell Ingrosso, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Martin Garrix, and so on. The Beach Festival takes place at the Playa del Besos beach behind Parc del Fòrum in Barcelona.
