“May the God of Hope fill you with all joy and Peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.” Romans 15:13 (NIV)
We can know the promise that when God comes into our lives He Brings us so much good and the Bible verse we have chosen today reminds us of this. This verse tells us what God does for us when we put our trust in Him. In response to our faith, God fills us with all joy and peace. We rejoice in His love and we relax because He is taking care of us. When our hearts are filled with joy and peace we should be overflowing with the same toward others. But we can also notice that we may overflow with something else, with hope which of course means expectation, and not wishful thinking. As we trust, joy and peace fills us and we begin expecting more and more in this life and we look forward to a great future forever with our Lord.
