Understanding the Manipulation of the Food Industry

Our world is filled with manipulated and unhealthy foods. Unhealthy diets, especially in America, is a prime source of depression, suppressed communication, obesity, and a host of other non-enlightening shadow dispositions.

For many years there have been concern about chemicals added to foods to enhance color, flavor, and shelf life. There has also been concern over the use of genetic modifications to crops and to increase yields and disease resistance. But there is a less heard of, multi-billion dollar industry which is gaining an ever increasing foothold in the market profit-obsessed food industry. Monsanto is the primary engine behind food manipulation.

Our society has fallen into an ignorant level of delusion believing the media. The media is filled with ideas on (whats good for YOU), yet all humans have a different chemistry. Foods such as Nightshades (foods that cause inflammation) maybe be good for your body, yet those foods are dangerous for my body.

Primary foods problems:

  • GMO (Genetic Modified Organisms)
  • Antibiotics Feed (Pork – Beef)
  • Pesticidesv
  • Food Additives
  • Sugar
  • Gluten

Sugar and Gluten – The main source of Addiction and Obesity:

Gluten products are: Wheat, Barley, Rye, and Spelt.

The prime addiction with food is Gluten and Sugar. The media has the public convinced that red meat and fats are injurious to the human system. Yet, looking at the diets around the world among more traditional cultures pork and beef including fats are a predominate way of life in addition to fruits and veggies.

Sugar is available around the world in every culture. In America they are adding it to Bacon, Sausages, and most all sauces – asian, BBQ, tomato sauces, and many other foods.

I have observed people trying to lose weight while having sugar and gluten urges is next to impossible. You may be able to lose a few pounds, feel better about yourself, then give in to a craving and eat the pounds back on you, and then some. It is called yo-yo dieting and is extremely common.

The only way to conquer this Gluten/Sugar addiction is to Stop Cold Turkey and to Always Say NO. The definition of NO defines as NO. The first two weeks is the most difficult because of the lowering of calories. During the first month you must eat and do not allow yourself hungry. Focus on Meat, Dairy, Salads, Fruits, Grains such as Rice, try to avoid white rice and potatoes, choose brown rice and sweet potatoes.

Bingeing and munching IS the problem making people gain weight, however by eliminating Gluten and Sugar and never return, you can eat corn products for the first month of even year, if eating corn products causes a problem then eliminate corn.

When a person attempts a “diet” and fails after a considerable amount of time, and indulges in Sugar, Gluten, and Starches (white potatoes and white rice), the reward center in the brain kicks in to a rage and the ignorant person becomes a slave to food again. You must program your brain to SAY NO, and learn how to cook traditional nutritious foods.

Every time sugar is ingested it releases insulin, which in turn fools the brain according to the calorie count. The brain is fooled into thinking its starving because of the blockage the hormone called Leptin. Leptin is made by your fat cells. So the more fat you have, the more leptin you have. Leptin’s job is to call up your brain and tell it how much fat you have. If your brain receives a lot of phone calls, it knows there is plenty of fat, and starts taking actions to get rid of some. You lose your appetite, your metabolism speeds up and you go into fat-burning mode. But, when you eat a diet high in sugar and refined foods these leptin phone calls between your fat cells and your brain get dropped. This is called leptin resistance. Your brain never gets the message to shut down hunger and speed up your metabolism, so you feel compulsively hungry and burn fat very slowly.

For some people weight loss is effortless after conquering the Gluten / Sugar addiction. For others like myself, it required also to eliminate Dairy, Corn and Nightshades.

The obesity level around the world in increasing undisciplined to an extent that the history of mankind has ever observed. America has the highest percentage of overweight people. Documentary films of America that date back to the 1900 into even the 1970’s confirms slender good looking people, a culture that had some class, dignity, and honor. There is a large percentage of our society that “does not care.”

As obesity rates have reached epidemic proportions in the past few decades, an entire industry has been built around it. There is no easy quick fix, there are some obese people that need to plan out a five even ten year plan to lose weight.

The first step is to surrender eating Gluten and Sugar.

Sugars and other addicting foods affect the exact same areas in the brain as drugs of abuse and trying to exert willpower can be just as hopeless for the food addict as it is for the alcoholic. It simply does not work.

Complete abstinence from sugars and possibly gluten consistently works for true addicts to overcome their addiction. Moderation fails, every time. Ask any recovering alcoholic, drug addict or smoker whether they could use in moderation? Same for smokers, one puff and you’re out, right back at the starting point.

The only way is to completely stop gluten and sugar and never return to the foods.

A Manipulated Food Industry:

The food industry in the United States of America, where obesity rules the country, has been severely manipulated. It requires a very diligent person to take time and research what your eating. As humans all processed foods that are new to our modern era should be avoided.

All processed Juices are dead, they have to boil the fruit such as orange juice – you want to buy a juicer and juice your own fruit and veggies.

Pasteurized Dairy is Dead – I have a major allergy with pasteurized dairy in America, yet when I lived in Eastern Europe and India I had no problem consuming dairy. To increase the quantity of milk produced, cows are often given rBGH (recombinant bovine growth hormone), which is banned in the European Union, as well as in Japan, Canada, New Zealand and Australia. The diary is injuriously manipulated in American that Raw milk is illegal. The FDA has the public completely deluded.

GMO’s – Monsanto is the ultimate evil within the food industry. Soybean oil, Soy Lecithin, Corn Syrup is all GMO in American processed foods. Mostly all corn product in America are GMO.

Always buy organic when it comes to common GMO foods.

  • Soy
  • Milk
  • Sugar Beets
  • Papaya from Hawaii
  • Rapeseed – Canola Oil
  • Yellow Crookneck Squash and Zucchini

Avoid GMO Foods

Pesticides:

What are Nightshades – and the effect:

Nightshades are foods that cause inflammation within the body. Unwittingly, nightshades are a portion of many cultures.

Within the western culture the main nightshades are:

  • Potatoes
  • Tomatoes
  • All Chiles
  • Paprika
  • Cayenne
  • All Vegetable Peppers (Excluding the black pepper family)

You may have heard through the media that some of these night shades “are good for You”, and maybe they are according to your age and body disposition. For my body they are dangerous. I have a toe joint condition and can have a tendency to have body pain. Since nightshades cause inflammation within the body (joints), I completely avoid all nightshades. Any body with joint pain, body pain, and with a disposition with Arthritis should stop eating nightshades.

Nightshades also slow down the mind. Formally eating potatoes provided a natural tranquilizer which consisted of an afternoon nap. Eating Nightshades is like pulling down the shade for the night.

You need to determine if nightshades are healthy for your unique body.

Conclusion:

To eat optimal for your unique chemistry it is crucial to experiment and research different foods from different stores. In the meat department ask who the rancher is and search on the internet, even email concerning antibiotic usage and GMO feeding.

Mostly all non-organic eggs in America are from GMO feed chickens. Trader Joes is the only store in America where the entire store is non-gmo.

Self-educating yourself about the dark manipulated food industry that exist will provide a healthy mind, body, and spirit.
