The Wise Fool

He was considered to be a humble person of integrity. He was an intellectual giant who shared his gift with anyone willing to accept it. Despite being paralyzed at the age of 22, he became a psychiatrist and later an award winning journalist. He honed and sharpened his brain, becoming a well known-and liked- conservative, political analyst and commentator.

I liked to listen to Charles Krauthammer because he spoke with a sense of deep Wisdom of the issues facing the world today. He speech was simple and profound. But there were glaring flaws in his belief system about the nature of God. He declared he wasn't an atheist and yet he said "I don't believe in God". But then he added, "But I greatly fear Him".  You can read more about it here-Krauthammer's Belief About God

Yes, Krauthammer had a very convoluted view of God. Basically, I think he was saying that he believed in a Great Designer of the Universe who could not be known on a personal level. If only he had read and then believed the Bible, which reveals to us who the true and living God is -Jesus Christ. No,we can't fathom everything about Him but we can know Him personally-as our Savior, Lord, Father, Friend, and soon coming King.

.

16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.

17 For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.

18 For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness;

19 Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God Hath shewed it unto them.

20 For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:

21 Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.

22 Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools,
Romans 1

                                             DON'T TRUST IN WORLDY WISDOM
18 For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God.

19 For it is written, I will destroy the wisdom of the wise, and will bring to nothing the understanding of the prudent.

20 Where is the wise? where is the scribe? where is the disputer of this world? hath not God made foolish the wisdom of this world?

21 For after that in the wisdom of God the world by wisdom knew not God, it pleased God by the foolishness of preaching to save them that believe.
22 For the Jews require a sign, and the Greeks seek after wisdom:
23 But we preach Christ crucified, unto the Jews a stumblingblock, and unto the Greeks foolishness;
24 But unto them which are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God, and the wisdom of God.
25 Because the foolishness of God is wiser than men; and the weakness of God is stronger than men.
26 For ye see your calling, brethren, how that not many wise men after the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, are called:
27 But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty;
28 And base things of the world, and things which are despised, hath
God chosen, yea, and things which are not, to bring to nought things that are:
29 That no flesh should glory in his presence.
30 But of him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption:
31 That, according as it is written, He that glorieth, let him glory in the Lord.
I Coritnhians 1
