Feel grateful for what you have. This automatically put you in a positive mood and helps your self belief.
6. Compliment other people
When we think negatively about ourselves, we often project that feeling on to others in the form of insults and gossip. To break this cycle of negativity, get in the habit of praising other people.
7. Do physical exercises
By doing physical exercises, you release endorphin. Basically endorphin is a chemical substance in our body that automatically make you feel good when released. So, when you exercise, you systematically feel good about yourself and increase your self confidence.
