Road to Wealth - Step 3 

Hard work - We have all heard this.  In the video below, this kid has made no excuses.  Not held back by color, location, opportunity...nothing.  This kid talks about being driven....dreams of managing employee's.  He has goals and dreams at 14 years old.  What's your excuse?

Work Smart - We have all heard this as well.  Working smart is about increasing options.  The more Skills you have the more options you have.  Success in life is about creating options.  Your whole life you should be building your resume.  Work skills, life skills, hobbies, passions, and Networking skills should be going on this resume...constantly being built. 

Contribution - Your rewards in life are in direct response to your contribution, efforts, and investments.  The more people you serve, you give your attention to, work at filling a need, the more you will see positive effect toward your goals.  This is one of the universal laws.  

The young man in this video has an intense desire in his business.  Learn from this young man.  The law of focus and being driven.

Anybody can start to build their own empire.  It doesn't take tons of money.  It takes tons of desire.  Dreams and then Goals.  You can pursue this full time or even part time, but the Universal Laws remain the same. 

Mentorship - One of the biggest lessons I can give is strive to be around people with more skill sets then you.  People that are where you want to be in life.  These are the people you want to surround yourself with.  Associate with.  Ask them questions about what should be your next move.  How should you be thinking about this particular opportunity in your life.  Books can be fantastic mentors as well.  Reading some one's book lets you into their mind and how they think, how they evaluate ideas and run with them.  Podcasts are also fantastic ways to get inspiration.  Really you can learn from just about anything.  Even what not to do!  Be humble.  Don't talk...Listen!!!  Respect and appreciate the Mentor's in your life.
