I know a guy that had the worst Christmas ever back in the U.K. His bird had fucked off with another bloke just weeks before. He woke up alone at 1pm, had a fishcake and yoghurt for his Christmas Dinner then walked around his local river looking for a good place to throw himself in. Then he remembered what a good swimmer he was so he canned the idea. Instead he went home and booked the first flight he could get to Thailand. He left everything he owned in his flat, closed the door and caught a coach to Heathrow  Airport. Rumour has it he’s never looked back since..
