Introduction
Today I set up my blog with the static site generator Jekyll.
Here I’ll post stuff I stumble upon in the fields of Data Analytics, Text Analytics and Visualization.
Also I’ll do some small private projects myself, link them in the projects-section and explain them in the blog.
Purpose
The main reasons for this blog:
- By writing about stuff I’ll get a deeper understanding and learn something.
- This blog is my personal topic-based information system.
- If I document things by explaining them to others, I’m pretty sure Future Me will understand these, too. (This is not always the case with my private notes ;)
You see, these are pretty egoistic reasons. But of course I’m happy, if you get some inspiration here. If so, you might leave a comment hint, hint.
I’m not planning to reach a big audience and will post unregulary.
About me
I’m working for a big company and also study for a Masters degree “Data Science & Business Analytics” in my spare time. As the website’s TLD indicates, I’m from Germany and my English everything but perfect. Feel free to contact me for further information.
