Russellville Mayor Richard Harris is facing the threat of petitions after he abstained from a tie-breaking vote that would have allowed a Marijuana Dispensary. He has also faced criticism for a casino gambling issue and for a failure to handle a neo-Nazi event.

Petitioners are looking for 2900 signatures (35% of turnout).
