Jim Fouts, mayor of Warren, Mich., was caught on tape comparing blacks to “chimps,” using the n-word and calling older women “dried-up c*nts,” according independent watchdog Motor City Muckraker.

Fouts is heard saying, “Blacks do look like chimpanzees.” He added, “I was watching this black woman with her daughter and they looked like two chimps.” “Their mouth is elongated.”

He also used the n-word:

Another bitter, old white dude, who will say he’s not a racist and probably has a black friend or two. Will the people of Warren rise up and call Jim Fouts out?
