Walgreen Co. on Friday urged an Arizona federal court to toss consolidated proposed class actions accusing it and blood-testing startup Theranos Inc. of misleading consumers about the accuracy and purpose of Theranos’ tests, saying that the few claims specifically targeting Walgreens aren’t up to snuff.
