I assume you’ve heard or seen the clip from last week with Laura Ingram interviewing the CIA guy and him making a crazy sound in response to the question of if the US meddles with other countries elections.  If not, look it up.

If the noise wasn’t creepy enough, it was not unlike another famous, ghoulish noise…. so I did some tweaking.
