As the news about Bob Woodward’s book spread through the nation’s capital, the White House sends their statement on Woodward’s book calling it a “fabricated story”.
The reaction coming from the White House fits an already standardized response from the communications shop to every critical book that has been published so far about Trump administration.
Fear: Trump in the White House, promises to uncover in great detail ” the harrowing life inside Donald Trump’s White House and how the President makes decisions on major foreign and domestic policies.”
While Ari Fleischer, the Republican former White House Press Secretary for President George W. Bush refused to undermine Woodward’s integrity by tweeting that ” never once-never-did I think Woodward made it up”, General Kelly and Sarah Sanders gave a different response to the press pool.
