I have come to the delightful Understanding that to shut one's mind against the silly noises of the day especially if one recognizes such sound to represent a world in a hurry, simply means narrowing ones world to contain only him and his thoughts.

I have also realized that if such thoughts flows in a stream of sober reflections of ones actions they become even better companion than ordinary human beings whose integrity one is always tempted to question for the simple reason that much of the inner goodness of men has eluded them and by all consideration have lost control of their emotions even in times when reasoning become expedient.
Men who have lost control even of their life are there to react to situations as though the peaceable living of men among themselves is a sin. As if lawlessness and anarchy gives anyone a better understanding of the mysteries of the universe which sometimes tend to tele guide our actions rather imperceptible.

I recognize the sound of the harmony footsteps of those who believe that the individuals right is his exclusive possession, as though he/she leaves in a world truly short of existence of other people who are also entitle to their own share of the generosity of human rights.

Of all that I gathered from the diversity of sounds and prattling which constitute these noises of the day, the most humiliating is our claim to be the individuals right on one side and our collective right on the other.

These simple examples simplify stand testimony of the understanding nature of man in which concern his collective coexistence with other men. The individual sees himself to be always the winner which is exactly trivial issues must be contended in code even though the contestants sees the truth clearly before them.

In the individual mind he/she the truth but conceals it behind dark cottons of a selfish will power. A will power that carries the crude determination to defend the undependable.

A will power that undermines and neglects the existence of other human beings and so drags honour to the mud. That naked pursuit of rights usually tramples on the rights of others and shakes a very foundation of morality in Society at the gains of those whose heart admire the language understood only by sadists.

Here, man project himself as criminal being, being that harden his mind against sermons of morality. Against the eminent judgments which the holy scriptures talks so much about, against our conscious which always tend to caution us about despicability of some of our actions especially when such actions follows the narrow part that leads to evil.

Sometimes our ambition tend to lead us to the shores of the ocean of doom yet in our minds we hold the conviction that the best side of life is better lived with the glamour of an acquisitive push even though we read the clauses of our judgments written on the crystal wall of our hearts.

Ii is unfortunate because before our own eyes the option of reality in the course of development both human and resource is being eluded in preference to the latter and tradition of our people.

Perhaps another saddening side of the story about society is that in addition to our confusion about the way we can safely conduct ourselves in society is that there is a new doctrine that the constant killing and rise of crimes is a welcome sign that the country has developed and that to discard crime and therefore tailor the minds of the citizen against crime is symbolic of backwardness.

My anger these days manifests itself on two fronts with society as an open field for battle. The first quarrel is on the individuals claim to his right and that affects his neighbors.

I agree that the issues of right are technically, the sole business of legal men but I have come to the understanding that where our action can be justified by law, they could also be condemned by moral judgment. Morality is therefore the platform of my concept of rights.

The individual, I am told his is entitled to his right unlimited in so far as that right is within the limit of the law of the land, that is why someone is capable of setting up an estate, mount security against what he/she may call intruders and within the wall of that estate terrible crimes which the law of land forbids are timely committed in the name of the right of the individual to his privacy.

It is like someone playing his music too loud under a roof which he shared with other people thus interfering with is right of his neighbors who are on their right entitled to peace and silence.

Unfortunately because in the African society traditions crimes were a sacrilege and our forefathers conducted themselves with utter regard for their honors as valuable asset.

But today things are different, they repels against the fathers because he thinks he has right to defend. And merely fold our arms in attribution to the changing world.

Can't someone tell society that the blind pursuits of right and our respect for criminality, wealth only find us a fake report of our progress.

All we need is dedication to our responsibilities with the sole conviction that they greatness of a nation pulls it root from the dignity of the citizen as individuals.
