Prince Edward island: Days 3-5

This is the second out of 3 or 4 blog posts from my vacation to Prince Edward Island. This post starts off with a picture of the beach at low tide. You can see the water reflecting the sky, and are able to see the cliffs and pine forests above the beach. The second picture is a lighthouse located in Prince Edward Island National Park. This lighthouse is located on the beach, next to the port. The third picture is of the dunes located in the national park. These dunes are sensitive and you are not allowed to walk on them. The fourth picture is of the endangered Piping Plover. You can see the reflection of the bird in the water as it is flying by. The fifth picture is a lighthouse located near Victoria-by-the-Sea. The sixth picture is taken near the lighthouse but is looking across the bay to the farmer's fields. The last picture is a building in Charlottetown that served as the towns liquor storage during prohibition times. Next blog post will be up next Sunday.
