Our Rescue is no stranger to miracles. When we saw an image of this poor girl circulating social media we knew we would had to be the ones to do something about it immediately. The caption read that passengers had seen this girl laying next to a motel in total agony. She was hardly mobile, and not in good condition as she was weak and unwell.
Luckily an occasional bowl of water and some food would be left for her by passerbyers and good Samaritans. When we realized that she was in Tijuana, Mexico we tried to connect to local rescues and friends of our rescue to help get her off the street. They searched for her but to no avail, could not find her and we feared the worst because she was in a state of immobility, worried for her safety.

Praying and waiting for some news, we got word that a good Samaritan had taken her in and kept her safe. Not long after we arranged a transport to bring her here and took her straight to get the medical care she would definitely need, our veterinarian discovered that she has multiple fractures and her hip would require surgery in order to be able to walk again and live as normal as possible. Her life at the start was astonishing and today it's nothing short of extraordinary.
Sabine is only one of the many beautiful creatures we've had the chance to be able to transform. We are so grateful that she is living the life that she always should've had, one full of love and adoration.
