It’s been a long, tough month of website building and product loading, not to mention a lot of product ranging from some great brands but the Outdoor Rascals online store is well on it’s way.
With rising costs for us all it’s important that the site is competative and that what you buy will be what you need, hence we’ve really studied prices to ensure what we charge is fair and right per product and that on everything we offer we give you as much information as we can. The information on the site is one of the most important aspects and inline with that I will be posting here much more often once the site is up and running to give you as much information as I can on our products.
This will include reviews, extra photographs, products in use and links where ever applicable to products.
The manufacturers we’re using are great but in some cases some of them (not all) don’t offer the ‘in use’ shot or a shot of a product being worn so we will do all of that our selves and make sure you have plenty of pictures of products to make an information decision on what to buy. This along with the description, the size charts, the feedback, and other feeds on products should help but if all else fails then everything from Outdoor Rascals will have a free return policy so if you make a mistake (and we all do) then that’s not a problem and it won’t cost you any money – which is the key to all of this. As well as the information and as well as the technical spiel on every line it’s vital we make this value for you.
It’s certainly my hope that Outdoor Rascals can become a one stop shop for everything Outdoors for Children.
The site is there for parents who love to get their rascals outside. This can be walks on weekends or evening, holidays (sun/ snow and inbetween) or just making sure they get off to School comfortable. The clothing we range regulates heat, cools in summer and warms in winter. Key lines include Thermals, Waterproofs and Base layers – all to keep children comfortable and beyond that we have very cool coats, trousers, shorts and accessories.
As well as looking after children over 1 we also have plenty of accessorie for new borns and very young children.
In order to look at products everything will have multiple images, different colour swatches where applicable, and a magnifying glass to inspect detail. I want to make sure it’s easy to look into every detail of every product I’ve chosen for Outdoor Rascals.
Finally, I want to continue to ensure that the store gives a lot more back, including information on what to do and where to go.
