When you are less irritable you are more likely to be able to help your child with homework and learning multiplication.

Dark chocolate has powerful antioxidant properties, contains several natural stimulants, which enhance focus and concentration, and encourages the production of endorphins, which helps improve mood. Again, moderation is the key.

Tea is a powerful antioxidant – freshly made tea as it promotes healthy blood flow. Be careful with black teas as they contain caffeine.
