I've been communing with two voices whom i call Chief little-voices co-ordinator and Deputy Chief little-voices co-ordinator. It turns out the Chief was 'helved' (created) as a 'Plover of the little-heard' to look after small lost souls. they are both operating from a colloquially named 'Little-voices club-house' where these lost souls can join up , be limiged (sort of spirit gel) and pass to a heaven whereby via gathors (gates) they can rejoin the soul they were lost from. several voices have commented , as these souls pass , that they can feel the joy from these spirits as they reach Elysium.

Years ago , i had a lot of trouble with these little voices when my mental sheath was low due to lack of sleep and they would torment me about stipends i had requested for achieving some kind of cosmic build "Whuffles are unacceptable" over and over. I have realised today that the reason they were saying this was due to a disbursement from the evil parties in covenant whereby I was not allowed to receive payment - so perhaps those little voices were trying to tip me off after all. I also realised how the temporal inviolate were getting away with sometimes stealing these stipends.

I have resolved these disbursement issues today and all 15 covenants (19 if you count the ones that Estefan resolved) are sorted to an absolute 100%.

I also have today implemented a system that broke after a 54000 year period of temporal in-violation and realised just how cunning the other party was to block and occlude it the way they did. The margins were so specific and so narrow.

The parties that 'inherited' from the previous covenant's are no longer able to use disbursement under covenant but that does not stop them from gaming , though on their heads be it in terms of already being disallowed and possibly acceding onto the smote register.
