Get to know Nisa "Saa" Kosiri

I believe in perseverance and being truthful. Believe it or not, I enjoy the pressure of getting things done! But step outside the office and you’ll find that I’m a sucker for DIY and handmade items.

To give you an insight on what made Saa our Super Proton of the month, here are a few words from her Manager Onn Hinthong

- Saa is a lovely big sister for all the protons. She takes care of the people around her regardless of the department they’re in. She works hard and tries her best to finish all the work that has been assigned to her. When she was an administrator, she supported people with heart. I remember an instance where she fixed a flat tyre for one foreigner since he had problems communicating with a Thai technician; it was heart-warming. When she is not on duty as a front-end developer, she will always go above and beyond to seek for solutions that will help make customers happy. With all that in mind, thank you for always being there for us, Saa. We love you.

What made you interested in working for Pronto?

I have an American family member who has been working at Pronto. He told me that the culture supports learning and self-development, and really rewards hard work.

What steps do you take to make sure the clients you work with are always happy?

Being fast and doing things right the first time around.

What's your favorite part about working at Pronto?

Knowing I made someone’s day better and easier.

What do you like to do outside of the office?

I pay attention to the little things around me and enjoy looking for and saving these ideas at a coffee shop. I look at problems as an opportunity to grow and learn something new.

• I enjoy sports, especially yoga.
• I have no idea what alcohol tastes like. Seriously.
• I've been working at Pronto since 2009 in five departments. I started working at HR > SEO > Newsletter > Content and Front End Development until now.
• I’m a super fan of Girls' Generation.
• I have never played Angry Birds, Candy Crush, or Pokémon GO.
