HELP

Everyone needs Help now and again!!!
Starting a new business is full of moments that you need Help!!!
As a lifelong sewing Machine Diva and a repeat entrepreneur,
Embroidery by Amy without a hitch!
NOT!!!!!!!!!
A 15 Needle - 15 Color embroidery machine is waaaaaay different than a
one needle - one thread-color-at-a-time household sewing machine!!
I suppose, if I had set up a camera and put my learning antics on you-tube, I would have won comedy awards!!! Like the time it took me 25 minutes to thread ONE needle!  I just could not get that tiny thread through the extra tiny needle hole!!!
Or the other time that I couldn't get the design onto the Flash drive which had to go to the embroidery machine which wouldn't read the Flash drive!!
Then...the number 6 needle just wouldn't work at all!!! Over and over again a reading of
"Broken Thread" or "Broken Needle" would flash on the operating screen!!
After a few days, I was ready to put a For Sale sign on my machine and take a job collecting shells on the beach!!.
I finally calmed down enough to know that there was Help out there, I just had to ask for it!!
I called Ricoma (machine company) and through trembling voice, explained my dilemma.
Two days later, Jorge the Technician showed up at my door and spent three hours explaining and teaching and demonstrating all of the miracles of this machine!!
I could not be happier for the Help!
THANKS Jorge and Mitzi (my assistant and teacher) and Ricoma!!!
I also discovered that I needed Help marketing my services!
Every business has a different type of audience and you have to understand their characteristics and their needs!  For this task, I went to my son Maddison who has been with me through many of my entrepreneurial ventures. So many in fact, that he himself, owns several  companies of various  types and audiences!  So we came up with a plan, a path, a mission and the excitement and eagerness just naturally followed!
THANKS Maddison!!
I spent the last week getting to know the programs and computer and the machine and I have embroidered everything in my house!! I have an assistant (Mitzi) who is an expert on the machine and a firm teacher with a sense of humor that makes time speed by!!! We are both working on the first orders and I am so crazy happy about all that is happening that I wake at 3 am with
ideas galore!!!
THANKS Everyone for ALL the HELP!!!!
Hugs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
