Annabelle scares up a win at the box office

Low Budget horror films control the Box Office, and doesn’t look like it’s changing any time soon.

Sitting at the top of the box Office this week is Annabelle: Creation with a very tepid $35M off of a $15M budget.

Dunkirk came in second with $11.4M. It now sits at $153.71M domestic and $363.71M globally off of a $150M budget.

Third place went to The Nut Job 2: Nutty by Nature with $8.93M.

The Dark Tower tumbled 58.9 percent to take in $7.87M and stands at $34.3M domestically off of a $60M budget.

The Emoji Movie wrapped up the top five with $6.6M for a new domestic total of $63.59M off of a $50M budget. Globally it sits at $97.19M

This week will see Logan Lucky and The Hitman’s Bodyguard hits theaters.

Curious how I think these films will do? Check out my The Movies of 2017 – 3rd Quarter report.
