Power Rangers opened in second place on stronger numbers than expected taking in $40.5M domestically, but it was fairly weak internationally taking in just $18.7M for a globally total of $59.2M off of a $100M budget.

Kong: Skull Island landed in third place with $14.42M for a new domestic total of $133.5M. Globally it sits at $392.1M off of a $185M budget.
