After skiing, we stopped by Karuizawa on our way back to Tokyo. One of the attractions was Shiraito Falls. Visiting the waterfall during winter was really cold. It was colder than on the ski mountain as it was windy. Anyway, it was worth the effort. The scenery was beautiful. There were very few tourists perhaps thanks to the cold.
