I wanted something to break my fast,

Something substantial that would last,

A big Bowl of cereal and cold, cold milk,

A mixture of crunch and smooth as silk.

So out came a box of Crunchy Nut,

 Cereal that my appetite would glut,

Cornflakes imbued with nut and honey,

So darn good that it’s bang on the money,

So pour me some and with milk just another,

And when I’ve had that bowl, I’ll have another!
