Enterprise Ireland new fund to encourage innovation among 3rd level students


Enterprise Ireland is hoping to drive entrepreneurial students to create innovative business proposals and get them thinking about how starting their own business is a viable career option once they graduate.

It has just launched its 30th student enterprise Competition with a €30,000 prize fund and €30,000 consultancy a part of its 'Think Outside the Box Awards' competition. The competition is open to all full-time, third-level students on the island of Ireland.

Features of the competition include a website, Facebook page and podcasts, to allow students to engage and share ideas easily. The closing date for the competition, Wednesday, 25 April 2012 and more details can be found on the Enterprise Ireland website
