Its that time to hit break and have some crazy dose from ‘HONEST CONVERSATION WITH A SELF CONFESSED MAVERICK’

Quite obviously and honestly and honestly and obviously I got to admit that being in a club  ‘We The Schumi Admirers’  is not easy these days. One has to really work hard in defending him as well as finding out the positives from the midfield action packed race that now he is generally associated with. Those days of being in front runners hasn’t come yet except for rare wet occasions like in Montreal.

Please my plea – Don’t laugh ….. Ya

The wish we have is somehow Schumi squeeze himself into the session Q3 wherein top 10 drivers have a last go for grid positions even if he generally manages 8th or 9th – lately mostly its the 10th though. There is that big sigh of relief once he crosses that Q2 session. Its like a mini battle won. At once 11th had become synonym for his qualifying result.

At one point of time we used to feel low after he qualified 2nd sometimes and now we refuse to accept that he is not that a fast driver over a single lap that he used to be with Ferrari days but feel happy that he managed to put his useless machinery in that position over mining his efforts. So what if his teammate is always there in top 6 ot 7 positions in that same useless machinery.

He doesn’t bang the nose of his Mercedes MPG – W02 to someone in the first corner of first lap. Lately he is quite vulnerable – infact these days its like a good surprise if his car stays intact without any sorts of accidents. But it only adds to our agony coz we are deprived then of a good reason to defend him after the race.

His useless machinery gearbox remains intact and doesnt break is another wish we have for the race.

We never expected a race victory from him – how can that’s be possible with this useless Mercedes powered machinery.

Lets see the other side of me

Looks like I am a frustrated schumacher fan but to be honest im not really surprised that it been a struggle. As someone with a knowledge in sports science i understand the enormity off the task michael took on as a 40+ year old in sport that is more physically and mentally demanding than ever before.

As I am writing this blog I received a news that he would be driving next year as well and

I sign off with an image hoping to see Schumacher win atleast once before he retires….
