Feeling low, overwhelmed by life! Well here is LIST OF THINGS to pep you up!
1.Talk it out with a friend who is in the same boat, if it is office problems, find some one how can understand the pressures of work, if it is home problems have a heart to heart with a stay at home mom. When they say ' Same here' and ' This is exactly what happens to me' you'll feel alive again.
2. Watch weepy soap operas on T.V, specially the ones which has the heroine always in trouble! After a dose of one or two such serials you will realise how uncomplicated and sorted out your own life is. Believe me you'll be thankful and happy again.
3. Talk to your mom.
4. Eat a bowl of starchy food or order a pizza, or ice cream and gobble it up.
5. Scrub your floors, clean up your fridge, physical work will lighten your mental load.
6. Watch Shinchan and Tom and Jerry with your kids.
7.Take a nap, it will take away the stress.
8. Kiss and hug your kids, soak in their warmth.
9. Cook a nice meal, being creative will make you feel happy and fulfilled.
10. If its some worry that eating you out, just imagine the worst and then determine your plan of action in that scenario, usually there still will be hope and it will make you feel much better.
11. Just Switch off, it really helps, tell yourself you'll think about the problem later, it works.
12. Some things are just not in your hands so leaving them to fate and God,will take the load off you.
13. Get a new hair cut or shop for a new dress.
14. Take a walk with your kids and admire whatever is there on the way, buildings, trees, shops.
15. Take a walk alone or better still run, you'll find your troubles blown away by the wind in the opposite direction.
17. Get small gifts for your children, their happiness will be contagious.
18. Have a small picnic or tea party in the garden.
19. Send the kids to play , make tea watch a movie or read a light book.
20. Curse your source of trouble loudly, you can also bang a few unbreakable things. .
