President Obama once suggested we appeal to our “better angels” and find ways to transcend harsh judgments, prejudice, hate and aggression. He was right. We are now, more than ever, a culture of Judgment, resentment, rage and violence both verbal and physical. We have all “gone low” and nobody is winning. it needs to stop. We need, on the Right and the Left, to become better human beings and to find healthier ways to communicate with those we disagree with.
