Just yesterday, leaders in the Wisconsin State Assembly voted to uphold Gov. Doyle's veto on a bill allowing private citizens to Carry Concealed Weapons, despite the bill having the overwhelming support of the constituents of Wisconsin. The bill would have allowed citizens who completed a thorough registration and training by state-certified trainers to carry concealed weapons in public.
