I applied two weeks ago for a Telkom phone line with ADSL since I will need the stable internet connection to better provide my Internet Marketing SEO service.

I was told that I would have to wait at least 21 days before the line would be installed so I was kinda forced to practice patience (which I have very little of) with my wireless MTN internet connection.

Today, when I was most frustrated with my darn MTN connection, I got a phone from Telkom saying they were going to send out a technician to install my line tomorrow… YIPPPEEEEE!!!!!

This call came immediately after I started speaking “French” out of frustration with a connection that was working fine one moment but then suddenly while opening websites or downloading my email, I get disconnected in between.

Now I want to see if Telkom will indeed come install my line tomorrow. I Heard some pretty bad stories about their bad  customer service. I heard that Tel-Kom-Nooit-Nie..
