Energetic Speech has to be created around energetic word.

Using action oriented verb and word will help.

Leave the « But » out. When you use a “but” in your speech, it creates a motion stop. And you don’t want any stop into an Energetic Speech.

Prepare your speech on paper.

Learn your speech even if you will have your paper with you.

Train to do your speech so you put the emphasis where you’ll get the best punch.
