So, today I went to the kitchen to fix Lunch.  I was out of the bagged hash browns I usually fix, so I was going to peel a few potatoes, shred them and fix those.  I can't find my good potato peeler.  I have to use one that isn't as good.  That took a bit longer than expected.  Then, I get out the food processor.  It has an attachment that you can shred with.  I figured it would be quicker and easy than my hand crank one.  I put the potatoes in, and the attachment that shreds the potatoes breaks! ~_~:

I get out my hand held grater and damn if that doesn't break too!  So I find one other hand crank one I have and I am finally able to shred some hash browns.  All seems well until I get to the coffee!  I have been using a reusable filter in my Keurig.  Well today, it decided that this was the day for me to get a million Coffee grounds in my coffee.  I actually had to strain my coffee before I could drink it! LOL!  It was one crazy lunch.  Luckily after all that, eating was easy.  I had lunch and then thought I wasn't going to be able to go walking.  We had a late start, but we went.  I was glad of that. Now I'm going to relax until bed.  I have more stuff I need to do, but I'm not doing anything!
