A few weeks ago, I was invited to attend an exclusive Kiss Products event in London to celebrate Pixie Lott becoming the new face of the brand. Complete with eyelash and fake nail booths (not to mention a performance from the woman herself) - here's a look at the evening...
Accompanied by my gorgeous friend Dani, we headed over to Haymarket Hotel (literally a few doors down from our work) to enjoy an evening of delicious canapés, mocktails and pampering with Kiss Products*. As you've probably seen from my previous collaborations with the brand, they offer a selection of cruelty-free cosmetics; specialising in a whole host of false nails and eyelashes.
The event was hosted inside the hotel's stunning pool room and had various spots set up including false nail and eyelash bars, a Go Get Glitter stand, professional portrait illustrator and photo booth. As you can see, Dani was feeling rather smug about her new eyelashes.
Sadly, the event took place shortly after the Manchester attacks and so Pixie opened her set with a beautiful tribute to Manchester, performing an acoustic version of All You Need Is Love (The Beatles). She then finished up the evening with some of her new hits and her most memorable songs. Regardless of whether you're a fan of her yourself, that girl has some serious lungs on her.
Overall, we had a fantastic evening with Kiss and were super grateful to attend such a fun event. They were also kind enough to gift us with a whole host of goodies so watch this space for a Kiss prizes very soon. Huge thanks to Kiss for having us - and to Dani for being my glamorous plus one.
