When you stretch an Elastic Band and then let it go it comes right back to where it was. Life's been stretching me like that and I've been one hell of an elastic band. Green colored.

I did not have any plans to revive this, but something I read today made me feel deep down. Here's a shout out from that profound part of myself which had been locked down for good.

Sometimes in life you need to make a turn which has been waiting for you. You need to make a change which blurs the road you've been travelling on for years. But my dear little one, you never fail to look back. That one extra plate sits here on my desk each night yearning for 'some extra vegetable' you have right there with you. It's been hard connecting the dots without all your support. That bedroom is ours and it will always be ours no matter what changes.
