Women Six pack abs




Hello everybody!
Today I'm about to speak mainly to the females among us.
So if you are guys you would find no good in this article , still you can learn and benefit from it a lot.

My discussed issue today is " Female Anatomy and Sports effects"
I want to simplify the issue , my idea is to present the differences between male and female through the anatomy of each one and
even more important to spotlight the various effects each has from exercising.

Lets start from fat , yes your favored subject.
None of us like fat , it spilled from us like jelly and we look ridiculous and much more it has severe impact on our health.
We all know that we have to eat and workout right in order to get rid of the fat.

But is that all the same for everybody ? Does my workout necessarily fits my neighbor ?
The answer , my friends , is absolutely NO !
Each person is different from the other even by the tiniest tissue,metabolism rate, etc..
Meaning you can't just mimic every great athlete you saw in TV or some film.


Good example for the great differences is the way fat accumulate in females body and males body.
Usually at male , the fat would gather mainly in their stomach while women would suffer from big hips, swollen butt and a bigger and rounder belly.
You can picture the next image, "Male potbelly looks like an apple" while "Female potbelly\fat accumulation looks like a pear"
This is one of the most visual differences between males and females.

From this difference alone with can conclude that a different method\exercise\workout is needed in order to get rid of the fat.
While one should concentrate on his stomach alone the other should concentrate on her legs,hips and lower stomach.

Males can and should build a muscle mass not only to look good but to also burn fat while rest.
One kilo of muscle burns 260 calories each day !! imagine to yourself that you possess 10 kilos of muscles !
You would burn 2600 calories everyday by just playing your PlayStation or reading your favored book !

But is that good also for women ? can women build such a muscle mass?
Well.. theoretically they can.. but in would harm her body and change her hormones amounts, so it is not recommended.
I can't imagine to myself one woman that would actually be happy to look like a muscular guy.. you are losing your beauty
as a woman.
So what can women do in order to lose weight and burn fat ?
Well.. women unlike men , can workout pretty hard on their butt and even build a decent amount of muscle's mass at this area.
You should be aware that the butt is the biggest muscle group at the whole body !
So you can workout pretty hard on your butt and also make it sexy and yet muscular and fat burner.
