How to handle fatigue + Nerve System

Good Morning ! (it depends on where you live..)

Today I'd like to discuss my first line , you know what I mean , that's right ! The Morning !
Are you feeling fatigue at the morning ? little dizzy ? not focused ?
That's all right , you are NORMAL.

But.. Do you want to exceed others ? Do you wish to be more energetic ?
I assume that most of the answers would be "YES" or "Totally Yes"
Now you must be wondering how we are supposed to do that.

That answer my dears is actually much simpler than you imagined.
It's all about your body, it's metabolism and your nerves system's function.

If you have read few of my posts than you are already familiar with the term
metabolism, so I won't waste time on explanation.

But there is one thing you should get explanation..
And that is the "Nerve System Function"
The nerve system connects our receptors and combine them to one big control room which
we name Nerve System.
This system is responsible for most of your feelings either smooth light touching or a painful fist in the shoulder.
The receptors that are spared all over the body are transmitting the information of touch,heat,cold etc.. to the big control room.
There it is processed and sent to the brain.

Want a live demonstration ? Try to hold a cold bottle.
At first you aren't feeling such of pain, there is only a tiny uncomfortable cold, but the more
you hold the bottle the more the cold would shift to pain and ache.
This is an excellent example Nerve System Mechanic.

After you realized what is the role of Nerve System, we can contiue
to the Solution.
How can we improve our nerve system's function ?
Many researches had confirmed that exercising and maintaining healthy life style are a good solution for the issue.
I guess you all heard that before and you are exhausted of reading the same s**t over and over again.
But the truth is quite simple, you have to do that ! at least give it a try.
Don't work you whole body like a crazy bodybuilder.
Pay attention to your belly, this loosing sack of fat. Get rid of it !
It makes you clumsy,unbalanced and unattractive.
But that's just the minor issues what about you nerve system ? You weaken it whenever
you neglect yourself and especially your stomach. WHY ?
Because as I said and explain dozens of times the stomach is responsible for your :
a)Balance
b)Spin strength
c)Erect standing
d)Absorbing shocks and impacts

Now if you want to improve your life in every aspect either the social or the proffessional
you have to understand and implement this information.

I would refer you to one of most successful posts that explains how to build the abs.
Literally building abs 24 hours, all day long , not only by exercising the abs but also by
wise nutrition.
These things would contribute so much if you just try them at least 14 days.
Than you would also see the impact and not only feel it.
