I was so Excited about 2010's Christmas Holiday. I couldn't wait for school to end last December cuz i was really expecting that the same thing would happen to me as last year. I was even excited that I had something to do for the holidays. Last year it was the formulary. This year, it was the Soap Notes. I brought home my formulary thinking it would remind me of last year. Sad to say last year never spoke to me durin the holidays and the rest of December. Now I'm left with this question: "Will I be able to finish my SOAP notes?"
